I have some good news and some inconvenient news. During the Easter break, Lorne will be buzzing with activity. Over this period Lorne will host the Annual Lions Club Art Show and the Kindergarten Easter Market, however it will also host the Biannual Sculpture exhibition

This is good news for sales, prepare for your biggest market to date. However this also bring with it some challenges. The sculptures are displayed and activities are organised, in the site where we would normally set up our stalls.
Therefore a section of our market will need to be relocated. We have been lucky enough to secure the surf club car park for the effected section of our market. The sites will be set up looking towards one another, with the walkway down the middle. Cars can be parked behind your stall. We are currently working on the site map however here is a preview . I will post the finished version online after this weekend.
We understand this is not where you booked your site, however unfortunately it is out of our control. We only noticed this would be a problem as they started setting up the sculptures.
35 sites will be relocated and this includes the Kindergarten BBQ tent and the food vendors. Of course we want the market to look aesthetically pleasing and will ensure that this area is full of stalls and has a real market feeling. We will also move our children’s activity to this area to encourage people to continue walking. This is the kindergartens only fundraising activity and with small numbers of enrolments this year, we are also banking on huge BBQ sales and encourage you not to be put off by these changes.
Like I said earlier, Lorne will be a hive of activity Easter Saturday and all accommodation has been booked out.
